Shipping within China (Hong Kong, Macau included) is $5 with free shipping on orders over $75 USD.
Shipping to Taiwan is $5 with free shipping on orders over $75 USD.

Shipping for the rest of the world is $22 with free shipping on orders over $75 USD.

5. WHAT’S YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
Due to health and hygiene regulations Or Noir is unable to accept returns on worn underwear.
All of our bra products are covered by our unconditional 15 days refund guarantee, if you purchase the wrong size or in the rare event of a garment arriving at you in faulty condition or you just simply don’t like the product please email us support@ornoir.co within 15 days of receiving the item.
For example, if you purchased a set and want to return the bra, your refund will be the set price deduct the regular panty price.
Return shipping fees are communicated when you contact support@ornoir.co. If you choose to return the item on your own, you’ll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. If the return is the result of an ornoir.co error, we’ll refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum amount.

5.你們的商品可以退換嗎？

所有內衣產品，我們都提供15天無條件退款。如果您選錯了內衣尺寸，或是非常小概率的情況下我們寄出的產品出現了質量問題，又或是您收到產品後覺得不喜歡，都可以在收到產品之日起15天內聯繫 support@ornoir.co 進行產品的退換。
例如，您購買了一套ornoir.co內衣套裝，並且想退回一套中的內衣，您最終收到的退款將會是套裝價格減去內褲正價。
退貨郵費及地址將在您與 support@ornoir.co 聯繫時提供。如果出於您個人原因選擇退貨（如，尺寸選擇錯誤，顏色不喜歡，款式不喜歡等），退回郵費將由您承擔。如果是因為產品質量問題或是我們的失誤導致您選擇退貨，ornoir.co 將承擔您的退貨費用。
