We offer free shipping to Taiwan, shipping to Hong Kong is TWD 100, to Mainland China is TWD 60, and other regions have a shipping fee of TWD 400.

5. WHAT’S YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
Due to health and hygiene regulations Or Noir is unable to accept returns on worn underwear.
All of our bra products are covered by our unconditional 15 days refund guarantee, if you purchase the wrong size or in the rare event of a garment arriving at you in faulty condition or you just simply don’t like the product please email us [email protected] within 15 days of receiving the item.
For example, if you purchased a set and want to return the bra, your refund will be the set price deduct the regular panty price.
Return shipping fees are communicated when you contact [email protected]. If you choose to return the item on your own, you’ll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. If the return is the result of an www.ornoir.co error, we’ll refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum amount.
